What did you do in your lockdown and waddya fancy doing in a year’s time? There should be noisyfun partying at #GhostRoadFest. We're on the road to somewhere.

Earliest ticket grab advised as the provisional line ups (nine sets per day) are reputationally big for these intimate venues which were chosen with friendliness at core. If you already know how TheZineUK documentary rolls, you’ll want IN. This weekend is seeding a moment in the fertile environment. You'll swear you were there.

The ever prolific Lori of highly rated rock band, Weekend Recovery (who have a February 2021 album release) has a kind souled work ethic of multiple projects and acclaim under her belt already. Now she has created Ghost Road Fest which promises to be spirit raising with spookily good times for the gig family.

With women not virtually outlawed from the line up as per some rock music festival sexist booker (literal) bollocks, Ghost Road joins the likes of CroCroLand, DecoloniseFest and Loud Women on the side of inclusion. No tokens were formed in the making of the line up (to be announced - stay tuned) the sets are booked on merit of entertainment value.

It is the grassroots music venue circuit which is leading the innovation in future heritage line ups where diversity and the working class are not excluded.

The Newer Wave of music industry and media are feeding, imperceptibly (but determindely) into the mainstream. This Feeling's stages have got great new artists (and writers, photographers etc.) performing, creating and injecting a much needed dose of flashing fresh fiery fury.

It’s a wavelength of positivity that so many people are going to need. Here is a (dare I say) weekend of recovery to look forward to, with further opportunies to be announced.

The festival will have proportional representation with a hope to stimulate the underground music scene post covid-19, help smaller bands gain a further reach, national and regional DJs and will be welcoming music socials; opening doors for artists, audiences and allies with networking opportunities. I repeat, get IN.

#MusicTourism London venue is next to a tube station, Leeds venue is in the city centre. #GhostRoadFest partners Blackstar Amplification - Pistonhead Lager - Knight PR - Kycker - These Bloody Thieves Records - The Zine UK - Vocalzone - name better jobs than being part of connected to these shakers!
